Login to your account and go to the Report tab on the left hand side of your screen.

Select New Report on the right hand side.

Enter your name, date range, and report type under the Basics. Under Report Types, you have the option to choose from Delivery/Performance Report, Device Report or Data Segment Report. You can also choose to pull hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or lifetime. Click next.


Once you are in campaigns, a list of your campaigns will show up. You also have the option to choose from archived campaigns. Choose your campaign(s) and click next.

If you would like to see reporting on any conversion pixels, click Enable Reporting on Conversion Pixel and a list of your pixels will be listed. Choose the pixels that correlate with your campaigns. Click next.
Note: this is only available under the Delivery/Performance Report type.

Choose the dimensions in which you would like your report to appear and click create report.

Once you have created your report, it will go into the queue. Once the report is ready, the status will change to ready. Once ready, download the report by clicking on the cogwheel to the left.
